Yoga Basics class on Mondays 6:30 to 8pm at the Laguna Hills Community Center perform a twisted lung pose.
Gentle Yoga class at Laguna Hills Community Center (in the Ballroom) - Wednesdays 6 to 7:30 pm
Although I take two other yoga classes with Angie,  my very favorite is Kundaline Yoga.  After the class, I have SO much energy for the rest of the day, plus I am in an uplifted mood.
The Kundalini yoga music is incredible, enchanting and fast.  It actually puts me in another state of mind.  The first 15 minutes is totally uninhibited, everyone does their own thing, any kind of movement that feels good to the fast music,  the next 15 minutes is similar only the music is a slower pace.  I am 73 years old and if someone would have told me I could move for 30 minutes and not feel tired at all, I wouldn't have believed it.  The next 15 minutes is meditation followed by another 15 minutes of a very deep relaxation.  
I highly recommend it to all!  To me it is very exhilirating.
