Elaine Froome writes: "I took several years of classes from you before I moved to Nevada.  Alas, it took me a long time to get back into yoga practise, but today I enjoyed my first class - WOW - I've lost my flexibility - but regained my enthusiasm!  Thank You for the gift of yoga.  You are such a wonderful instructor and because of you, I will again feel the positive energy flowing!
Namaste
(A traditional "Salutation" used at the Beginning and or end of yoga classes.)
An honoring of the divine in another while recognizing the divine within.
The Namaste gesture represents a communication between yourself and another at the soul level, going deeper than personality and ego to connect through your heart or center of your being.
Honoring the spirit within and from this place of reverence bring forth a divine connection with others.
Interpretation from Spiritual-T

Namaste
I honor the place in you
Where the entire universe resides

I honor the place in you
Of Truth
Of Beauty
Of Love
Of Peace

When you are in that place in you
And I am in that place in me

There is only one of us

Yoga Basics class on Mondays 6:30 to 8pm at the Laguna Hills Community Center perform a twisted lung pose.
Gentle Yoga class at Laguna Hills Community Center (in the Ballroom) - Wednesdays 6 to 7:30 pm
Although I take two other yoga classes with Angie,  my very favorite is Kundaline Yoga.  After the class, I have SO much energy for the rest of the day, plus I am in an uplifted mood.
The Kundalini yoga music is incredible, enchanting and fast.  It actually puts me in another state of mind.  The first 15 minutes is totally uninhibited, everyone does their own thing, any kind of movement that feels good to the fast music,  the next 15 minutes is similar only the music is a slower pace.  I am 73 years old and if someone would have told me I could move for 30 minutes and not feel tired at all, I wouldn't have believed it.  The next 15 minutes is meditation followed by another 15 minutes of a very deep relaxation.
I highly recommend it to all!  To me it is very exhilirating.
